Gmail Integration (Optional)
When an organization chooses to connect Gmail, BytrionixERP requests read-only access to scan PDF invoice attachments in the mailbox the user selects. This helps import supplier bills for review — the app does not send email on your behalf.
- Only activated when a signed-in user clicks Connect Gmail and approves Google OAuth.
- Used to list messages with PDF attachments and create review drafts for finance staff.
- Tokens are stored securely per organization; users can disconnect at any time.
