Terms Of Service
By using Bytrionix ERP you agree to these terms. They follow standard B2B SaaS conventions for access, acceptable use, and liability.

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to Bytrionix ERP operated by Bytrionix Private Limited. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
We provide cloud software for finance operations including invoicing, purchases, approvals, reporting, and optional integrations. Features may vary by plan. We may update the service with reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid subscriptions.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, configuring organization access, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at contact@bytrionix.com.
4. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
- No attempts to bypass security, scrape unauthorized data, or disrupt the platform.
- No misrepresentation of tax filings, certifications, or regulatory status through the product UI.
- Compliance with applicable export, sanctions, and data protection laws.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of business content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that outputs (including AI suggestions or tax calculations) are error-free. You are responsible for reviewing records before financial, tax, or customer actions.
7. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytrionix Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or as otherwise stated in a signed order form.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
