Bytrionix Private Limited (Bytrionix ERP) is the data controller for account and workspace data processed through this application, unless your organization's agreement states otherwise for enterprise deployments.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email, authentication events, organization membership.
• Business data you enter: customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, tax fields, documents.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device signals, audit logs, error diagnostics.
• Integration data: OAuth tokens (stored securely), sync metadata, webhook payloads you configure.
• Support communications when you contact us.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, and improve the service.
• Authenticate users and enforce organization isolation.
• Process integrations you authorize (e.g. Gmail intake, payment webhooks).
• Send transactional messages such as sign-in codes and account notices.
• Comply with law and respond to valid legal requests.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure and subprocessors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processors you connect), when you enable integrations, or when required by law. A current subprocessor list is available on request.

5. Retention & Deletion

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for backups, audit, and legal obligations. Organization admins may export or request deletion subject to contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
